About the role Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute coordinated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that support pipeline generation, buyer engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Own campaign planning from initial strategy and brief development through launch, optimization, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Content, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, and other stakeholders to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Develop campaign briefs that define audience, goals, messaging, offers, channels, timelines, budget, success metrics, and execution requirements.
  • Manage campaign calendars, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, approvals, and launch schedules.
  • Capture and coordinate campaign assets such as landing pages, emails, paid media creative, social posts, webinars, content offers, sales enablement materials, and nurture flows.
  • Work with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure campaign messaging is clear, relevant, differentiated, and aligned with buyer needs.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure campaigns are properly built, tracked, measured, and connected to CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Support campaigns across channels such as email, paid media, organic social, webinars, events, content syndication, website, partner marketing, and sales outreach.
  • Manage campaign budgets, track spend, monitor performance, and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency and return.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline influence, opportunity creation, and revenue impact.
  • Ensure campaigns are trackable and measurable through proper tagging, reporting structures, attribution methods, and performance dashboards.
  • Analyze campaign results and prepare clear reports for marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve audience targeting, messaging, offers, channel mix, creative performance, and buyer progression.
  • Support full-funnel marketing efforts that build awareness, educate prospects, nurture interest, and help convert qualified buyers into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain strong communication with Sales teams to support campaign follow-up, lead handling, feedback loops, and pipeline conversion.
  • Document campaign learnings, best practices, testing results, and recommendations for future programs.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in campaign marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketing, or a related role.
  • Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, approvals, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Understanding of how marketing campaigns influence pipeline, lead generation, opportunity creation, and buyer progression.
  • Experience working with sales teams and cross-functional marketing partners.
  • Ability to use campaign performance data to make optimization recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns or projects at once.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and campaign reporting tools.
  • Ability to translate business goals into practical campaign plans and measurable execution.
