Responsibilities

  • Cook up enterprise learning program implementation and delivery
  • Leverage L&D processes with support from various L&D professionals
  • Aid in program evaluation, measurement, and reporting
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance course content and participant experience
  • Erect relationships with preferred vendors for learning programs
  • Engage business stakeholders in L&D efforts and collaboration
  • Lead meetings, maintain records, and update stakeholders on project plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in learning and development with at least 5 years in facilitation
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and strategies
  • Prior management experience required
  • Experience in facilitating offerings for diverse audiences both in-person and virtually
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams for virtual delivery of content
  • Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal communication skills

Pay

$104,200 – $156,300 annually
