Lead Industrial Maintenance Engineer

What's the Job?

Oversee maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, pumps, boilers, chillers, and controls across multiple campus buildings.
Monitor and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
Manage preventative and general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and vendor coordination.
Supervise a team of five maintenance workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of work.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes, including EPA Universal certification.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial and industrial HVAC and controls systems.
• Strong electrical knowledge and experience with building management systems.
• EPA Universal certification highly preferred; LME or LEB certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
