LEAD HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY).
Duties
You will manage a human resources program through a staff of human resources specialists and assistants.
You will resolve staffing and recruitment management problems throughout an organization.
You will collaborate with different program coordinators (e.g., Exceptional Family Program [EFMP]) to serve as a liaison for service members and their dependents.
You will present information on the Exceptional Family Member Program transfers to Active Duty and Reserve military personnel.

Qualifications
- Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
- Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Review and post military billets for member assignment in appropriate personnel systems.
- Prepare a variety of written documents and correspondence.
- Assist with PCS placement of officer/enlisted service members in EFM program.
- Utilizes applicable personnel databases to update officer/enlisted master files and to generate assignment data and reports.
- Reviews, researches and resolves issues related to military orders.
- In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
- Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.
- A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
