Essential Duties And Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain audit-ready employee files
- Ensure HRIS data integrity
- Support regulatory compliance and audits
- Maintain I-9, licensure, and training documentation
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Advise managers on performance and corrective action
- Lead and document investigations
- Support PIPs and performance evaluations
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead recruitment and hiring processes
- Ensure onboarding completion and compliance
- Conduct exit interviews and track turnover
Training & Workforce Planning
- Cook compliance training and CEUs
- Support job description maintenance and workforce planning
Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Ensure accurate employee data for payroll
- Support benefits administration and enrollments

Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 5+ years progressive HR experience
- Knowledge of employment law
- HRIS proficiency
- Preferred:
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Healthcare HR experience
