Position Duties/Responsibilities
- Identify, distribute, and communicate tasks, goals, objectives, and deadlines among team members for all areas of Human Capital (Staffing, Classification, Recruitment, and Employee/Labor Relations).
- Monitor and report on the status and progress of work.
- Check work in progress and reviews completed work to ensure supervisor's overall instructions are met.
- Keep the team apprised on progress in meeting established milestones and deadlines for completion of assignments, projects, and tasks.
- Perform on-the-job training, arrange formal training, and oversee all aspects of training of team members in all areas of Human Capital, as well as team building, working in teams, and accomplishment of individual and team tasks.
- Report to the supervisor on team and individual work accomplishments, progress, and/or problems in mastering tasks and work processes, and individual and team training needs.
- Prepare reports and maintain records, as required, and provide work-related information to the supervisor.
