Job Duties
- Assist on all human resource support matters
- Oversight of all strength management and strength distribution actions
- Responsible for the readiness, health and welfare of all Soldiers
- Maintain emergency notification data
- Postal and personnel accountability support
Requirements
To be eligible, you must first take the ASVAB, a series of tests that helps you understand your strengths and identify Army jobs that suit you. Our team is willing to assist those who meet or can meet our criteria, which includes passing the ASVAB Battery.
Training
Job training for human resources specialist begins with 10 weeks of Basic Combat Training and nine weeks of Advanced Individual Training with on-the-job instructions on human resource systems. Part of this time is spent in the classroom and part in the field.
