Responsibilities

• Document lead generation activities with CRM, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next action.
• Maintain Strive Global Events role documentation with status tracking, following a lead-focused, generation-focused, specialized-execution work profile.
• Reconcile lead follow-up with deadline management, ensuring all actions are traceable and unresolved items have clear ownership.
• Coordinate documentation with reporting, maintaining a clear audit trail of decisions and actions.
• Review quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they become downstream rework.

Requirements

• Confidently apply Strive Global Events Workflow Context and Sales Support in lead generation activities.
• Maintain data accuracy while managing evidence and deadlines.
• Document process compliance and issue escalation, ensuring clear reasoning in all decisions.
• Exercise judgment in follow-up, particularly when relying on outside confirmation rather than assumption.

Qualifications

The role requires an understanding of event management and marketing, with a focus on lead generation and commercial follow-through. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000-$66,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
