Lead Generation Specialist

Signal Travel & Tours, Inc. is seeking a full-time, remote Lead Generation Specialist to support travel agency services, including trip planning, tours, reservations, booking, payments, customer service, and travel operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lead, prospect, customer, account, or opportunity records.
• Complete approved outreach, follow-up, scheduling, qualification, or information-gathering tasks and document outcomes.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, customer information, meeting notes, or sales-support materials as assigned.
• Keep CRM stages, notes, next steps, contact information, and activity history accurate and current.
• Coordinate handoffs between customers and the appropriate sales, service, operations, or account owner.
• Prepare pipeline, activity, follow-up, or account-status reports that support sales and customer work.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and customer-service skills.
• Comfort using CRM, email, spreadsheets, calendars, and web-based sales or account tools.
• Ability to maintain accurate records while managing multiple leads, accounts, or follow-up tasks.
• Professional judgment when communicating with prospective or existing customers.
• Ability to meet deadlines and activity expectations in a remote environment.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$65,000 - $73,000 per year

Full-time, 100% remote (based in Atlanta, Georgia)
