Lead Generation Representative - (Urgently Hiring) - Fulton, MD

What You'll Do:

What You Need (Minimum Requirements):

  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role, such as retail, food service, call center, telemarketing, etc.

Work Schedule:

This role follows a set weekly schedule once the training period is complete. We're looking for candidates who can reliably work Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 12p-9p and Sat 11a-8p after 2 week training period.

Standard Call Center Operating Hours:

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM
  • Saturday, 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Sunday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Paid Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks):

  • To set you up for success, all new Lead Generation Representatives must attend and complete a mandatory two-week PAID training program before starting their regular working schedule.
  • Starting July 27th Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
  • *These hours apply only during your first two weeks.
  • After training is complete, you'll transition into your standard work schedule based on call center operating hours.
