About the role
Prepare For Success (PFS) is a tele-services company based in Middleton, WI and Appleton, WI. We work with organizations in the pharmaceuticals, medical device, animal health, telecommunications, consumer-packaged goods, and consumer healthcare industries.
Responsibilities
- Discuss and send information about our client's portfolio of products to their customers.
- Set appointments for our client's field reps.
- Conduct lead generation/sales calls on established accounts within the U.S.
- Establish a strong working relationship with clients.
- Promote the features and benefits of our client and their products through personal detailing efforts and regular contact within assigned territory.
- Ensure all call activity and outcomes are properly documented in our CRM system.
- Use Microsoft Office 365 - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Use Outlook.
Requirements
- A high school degree or equivalent.
- Some college education or an associate’s degree.
- A desire to be on the job and learn our client's portfolio of products.
- Previous inside sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of call activity.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Outlook.

Pay
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Hourly position with a 12-month contract, potentially extending beyond that period. Flexible scheduling options available.
