Inside Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

We're hiring a full-time Marketing and Sales Rep to join our team in Pinckney, MI for a weekday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

Responsibilities

• Booking service and sales leads using outbound and AI-powered CRM systems
• Managing marketing vendors and campaign data
• Reviving open estimates and turning "maybe later" into closed jobs
• Making proactive happy calls that build trust and long-term relationships
• Supporting inbound call triage so our service and sales teams stay fully booked

Requirements

• Proficiency using CRM systems, marketing platforms, and automation tools
• Strong outbound calling, follow-up, and phone-closing skills
• Although not required, proven success selling over the phone and exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time management!

Pay

$25–$30 per hour plus commission, performance pay, and bonuses

Schedule

Full-time, weekday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule
