Responsibilities
- Helping with the sales process and looking for upsell opportunities while managing current accounts
- Overseeing customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts
- Expanding customer service horizons by interacting with clients
Requirements
- Demonstrated success working with customers
- Inventory sales/order systems experience
- Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply
