Inside Sales Specialist
About the role
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm with most professionals located within commutable distance of an office. This Inside Sales Specialist role is considered remote, meaning job duties do not require proximity to a CohnReznick office. Remote employees may be asked to attend the office for client work, team meetings, or trainings with scheduled notice.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s services, audiences, and priorities.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients to identify and qualify leads.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to determine strategic outreach approaches.
- Maintain and expand the company’s prospect database.
- Drive priority accounts and contacts to firm events.
- Infiltrate target accounts to connect with influencers and decision-makers.
- Ensure timely follow-up by passing qualified leads to appropriate team members with complete profile information, sources, and clear call-to-action.
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect inquiries and qualify opportunities for handoff.
- Overcome prospect objections and advance opportunities.
- Attend applicable sales training.
- Use the CRM system to manage and track all calls and outcomes.
- Develop fluency with sales tools including CRM, Sales Intel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bombora, Power BI, and data source providers.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve prospect research, outreach preparation, CRM documentation, and internal communication.
- Communicate brand identity and corporate position consistently.
Success in this role will be measured by

Your experience
- 1–2 years of direct experience in a sales or inside-sales capacity.
- Ability to open doors at target accounts within a defined ideal client profile.
- Experience qualifying opportunities, pre-call planning, controlling calls, developing accounts, and managing time.
- Skill identifying key stakeholders and qualifying opportunities within target accounts.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Strong problem identification and objection-resolution skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.

Pay
In New York, the salary range for an Inside Sales Specialist is $66,000 to $91,000. Actual compensation within the range will be based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Salary is one component of the firm’s total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, and expanded parental benefits.
