What’s The Opportunity?
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in our sales process by engaging with prospects at the earliest stages. You’ll handle inbound inquiries, perform outbound outreach, and ensure qualified leads are delivered to our Account Executives with accurate and thorough information.
What Will You Do?
- Answer inbound phone calls, web leads, emails, and live chats
- Perform outbound calls and emails to qualify potential and existing customers
- Research and gather detailed information on leads to support the sales team
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
- Follow up with Account Executives to ensure timely lead handoff
- Cold call prospects to help set appointments for the sales team
What You Bring To The Table?
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, marketing, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar inside sales or customer-facing sales role (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, professional office environment
- Able to sit for extended periods of time
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
