About the role
This is a high-trust, client-facing role at the core of our work. You will serve as the lead advisor for your client portfolio, with coaching, collaboration, and support from the founder and the broader team.
Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising engagements with movement organizations
- Work directly with Executive Directors, Development Directors, and senior leaders
- Strengthen major donor programs
- Improve messaging and grow revenue
- Build systems that support long-term sustainability
