About the Role

Mash Mechanical Inc. is hiring a full-time Lead/Foreman HVAC Installation Tech – Commercial HVAC Technician in Scarborough, ME. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with leadership experience who is ready to take ownership of commercial installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch directly from home to your assigned job site
• Lead on-site installation teams
• Ensure systems are installed according to plans and specifications
• Handle piping, refrigeration lines, controls, and electrical connections
• Cookordination with other trades to maintain project timelines and safety standards

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC
• Current HVAC EPA Universal license
• Experience with ServiceTitan
• Ledgacy or management skills
• Gas and oil licenses
• Strong complex thinking and collaborative abilities
• Ductwork experience is preferred

Pay

$40–$50 per hour

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Qualifications

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
