About the role
Burnside Air Conditioning, Heating & Indoor Air Quality in McKinney, TX is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to lead an installation crew in installing gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, controls, and related piping and electrical. The ideal candidate should be able to troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve any issues that arise during installations.
Responsibilities
- Lead an installation crew in installing gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, controls, and related piping and electrical
- Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve any issues that arise during installations
Requirements
- 2+ years of installation experience
- EPA 608 certificate
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reside within 30 miles of McKinney, TX
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working from heights and small spaces
- Willing to work overtime if needed
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
