Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Be on time and alert for assigned shift and work the entire shift as scheduled
• Manage jobs scheduled each day
• Check in with the client at the beginning and end of each job
• Obtain client signature prior to and after work completion
• Sell additional system components and apply change orders as needed
• Turn in checks or cash promptly for processing
• Respond to office communications in a timely manner
• Check in as needed to inform supervisors of status
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout the project
• Create detailed job notes for future reference
• Share thoughts and experiences with coworkers during meetings and one-on-one interactions
• Mentor apprentices to aid in their career growth
• Adapt to new ideas and recommend process improvements to manager
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Present a professional appearance
• Perform routine maintenance on assigned truck
• Manage inventory of parts, supplies, and tools
• Understand and comply with company policies
• Ensure safety is prioritized in all tasks
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to safety practices
• Plan and manage difficult tasks
• Understand local building codes and safety regulations
• Show good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Use basic math and measurement skills
• Follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Show physical fitness and adaptability to various conditions
• Work with a strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• EPA Certification
• Pass a drug test and background check
• Competent English communication skills
• A valid driver's license and clean MVR
• Ability to perform multiple technical tasks
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends
