Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Connecticut State D or S License
- At least 2 years of HVAC experience is preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
Schedule
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, with overtime opportunities available. All employees report to a central location before traveling in company vehicle to their assigned job sites.
What to Expect as a Lead HVAC Installation Technician
- Communicate directly with customers to review equipment placement and project expectations
- Coordinate your crew to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
- Oversee equipment installation, piping, and terminations
- Complete startup and closeout paperwork
