Responsibilities
- Perform the removal, installation, and startup of new residential HVAC systems
- Work closely with fellow Installation Technicians to provide clients with excellent service as outlined in department policies and procedures
- Maintain a high standard of clean-up before leaving any job site
- Ensure all necessary touch-up work and clean-up is completed before leaving the job site
- Work as a 2-person team to ensure timely and accurate service to clients in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Request necessary parts and equipment in advance to ensure the installation truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete each job
- Responsible for the vehicle upkeep, record logs, and driving of vehicle; valid driver's license required
- Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
- Properly connect equipment
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- EPA2+ years of HVAC Install experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Clean driving record
- Time management skills
- Basic software understanding
- Self-motivation
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Basic computer skills
- The ability to use various hand and power tools common to trade
- The ability to learn through observation and hands on experience
- The ability to follow routine, verbal, and written instructions
- The ability to communicate with team members and customers effectively
- The ability to understand, analyze, interpret, and implement ideas contained in technical documents, reports, regulations, etc.
- The ability to perform basic mathematical functions
Qualifications
- Service Titan experience (preferred)
- Sales experience (preferred)
- HVAC Service experience (preferred)
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing
- Occasional lifting up to 150 pounds
- Frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat
- Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, and vibration
- Frequent exposure to noise levels in the work environment
Compensation & Hours
- Hourly + Piece Pay
- Hours: 700 a.m. - 500 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs)
- Days: Monday - Friday with occasional weekends
