About the Role
As a Lead Fire Sprinkler Inspector, you will conduct routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on fire sprinkler, clean agent, and special hazard fire protection systems. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine service and maintenance on wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam fire suppression systems, including inspecting, testing, cleaning components, and verifying system functionality.
- Identify and diagnose issues with fire suppression systems.
- Provide customer instruction on system operation, functionality, best practices, and emergency response procedures.
- Manage job scheduling and progress efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Complete and submit all required documentation, including task-related, activity, and productivity reports, in a timely manner.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and regulations.
- Demonstrate and adhere to all safety regulations and practices.
- Maintain and care for equipment, including trucks, lifts, and tools.
