About the role
Responsible for inspecting fire sprinkler systems in commercial and industrial buildings to ensure compliance with local and national safety codes.
Responsibilities
- Inspect fire sprinkler systems for proper installation and functionality.
- Document findings and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Communicate directly with building owners and managers to address issues and ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fire protection inspection.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Knowledge of NFPA 13 and other relevant fire safety codes.
- Ability to operate various inspection equipment.
- Basic understanding of building construction and plumbing systems.

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
