About the role
Responsible for inspecting fire sprinkler systems in commercial buildings to ensure compliance with local and national codes.
Responsibilities
- Inspect fire sprinkler systems for proper installation and functionality.
- Document findings and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Work closely with building owners and contractors to address issues identified during inspections.
- Ensure all inspections are conducted in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fire protection engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of NFPA 13, NFPA 13D, and other relevant fire safety codes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
