Lead Expert, Enterprise Sales Developement
Job Overview
This role is essential for generating new business sales opportunities and supporting revenue growth through Enterprise prospect engagement. It involves qualifying potential customers, responding to inquiries, and collaborating closely with field sales teams to advance sales processes. The role includes conducting peer-to-peer call listening sessions and providing feedback to improve team performance and sales outcomes. Job Responsibilities
- Engage prospects through email and phone to build interest and qualify potential business sales opportunities
- Conduct peer-to-peer call listening sessions and provide feedback to improve team prospecting and opportunity goals
- Respond promptly to incoming leads from marketing campaigns and business portals to maximize lead conversion
- Follow lead management and qualification processes to ensure accurate lead assignment and prevent fraud
- Research and assign leads to appropriate sales personnel to facilitate timely follow-up and sales progression
Education and Work Experience
A high school diploma/GED is required. Less than 2 years of call center/sales experience is preferred.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $57,834 - $104,328, inclusive of target incentives
Base Pay Range: $40,484 - $73,030
