About the role

Your job is to close the deal. Except the deal is a promise that AI agents will do work no software has done before, you're earning trust from healthcare orgs in their highest-stakes actions, and you don't disappear after signing. You stay on to make sure it actually delivers.

Responsibilities

  • Sit with customers. Meet prospects, hear their problems, and propose solutions in the room, sketching MVPs that could ship in a week.
  • Close technical deals. Own enterprise sales conversations end to end, engaging credibly on the technology and the value it unlocks.
  • Spot opportunities. Identify where Careforce can create outsized value and lead the charge to capitalize on it.
  • Bridge sales and delivery. Stay involved past the close so what we sold gets delivered, working closely with product and delivery teams.
  • Agentize tribal knowledge. Help translate the unstructured, never-organized knowledge of healthcare operations into solutions our AI agents can execute.
  • Shape the go-to-market motion. As a founding team member, establish the company's enterprise sales approach, values, and processes.

Requirements

  • A founder background or 6+ years in enterprise / technical sales, ideally selling AI, SaaS, or healthcare solutions into complex organizations.
  • Healthcare industry insight: experience navigating healthcare administration and a deep understanding of provider and patient pain points.
  • Technical proficiency: ability to engage prospects and engineering teams on technical concepts, with a solid grasp of AI technologies and their applications.
  • A track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Adaptability and initiative: comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
