Lead Entry Writer

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily Customs Brokerage operations and entry processing
• Guiding and mentoring a team of Entry Writers
• Reviewing entries for accuracy and compliance before submission
• Resolving Customs rejections, RFIs, and compliance issues
• Jumping in hands-on to file entries when the team needs it
• Helping shape SOPs and drive process improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of Customs Brokerage Operations experience
• An active U.S. Customs Broker License
• Experience supervising or mentoring Entry Writers (a plus)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and import compliance
• Sharp problem solving skills and a steady head under pressure

Qualifications

$90,000 - $110,000 salary

Monday through Friday, standard business hours, no weekends
