Lead Director- PPD Delivery Services and Application Development

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution for migrating to S/4 HANA
• Oversee the long-term operational health of the S/4 HANA application
• Cook up alignment in project execution with stakeholders
• Manage architecture design and system integration for finance functions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in enterprise systems

Qualifications

• 12+ years of finance systems/IT leadership experience with large-scale SAP or insurance implementations
• Experience in S/4HANA finance transformations, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Thorough understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, specifically FPSL and PAPM
• Familiarity with ETL tools and data conversion processes, including profiling and validation
• Leadership skills to guide organizational change and readiness

Pay

$144,200 – $288,400 annually
