Lead Director- PPD Delivery Services and Application Development

Position Summary

The Director, Enterprise Systems Transformation is a leadership role responsible for the strategic planning, orchestration and execution of migrating core enterprise architecture from Oracle to S/4 HANA and the long term operational health the new S/4 HANA application.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive finance systems / IT leadership experience, including direct ownership of large-scale SAP or insurance subledger (FPSL/FSCD) implementations.
  • Proven experience architecting and delivering S/4HANA finance transformations, ideally within the insurance, reinsurance, or broader financial services industry.
  • Deep comprehension of SAP S/4HANA core architecture with experience with FPSL and PAPM.
  • Strong background on ETL tools and Data Conversion knowledge incl not limited to data profiling, source to target mapping ,validation and reconciliation.
  • Strong situational leadership skills to drive organizational readiness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare and Insurance sector experience preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree required in a technical or business discipline such as Computer Science, IT, MIS.
  • MS Degree in Information systems preferred.

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $144,200.00 - $288,400.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
