Director- Salesforce Delivery Lead

We are seeking a Director of Salesforce Delivery Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the delivery of Salesforce implementations and ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

About the role

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and industry standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire Salesforce implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live
• Work closely with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain Salesforce configurations, integrations, and customizations
• Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance and user experience
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing Salesforce implementations and delivering complex projects
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and best practices
• Experience with Salesforce API and integration technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce implementation and management
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein and other AI-driven tools
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and compliance standards
