Lead Director - Software Development Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of a multi-year modernization roadmap for Retail Pharmacy value streams
• Design and develop retail pharmacy products and technology assets
• Assess and improve software engineering practices for operational efficiency
• Guide and mentor engineering teams across various technological platforms
• Manage hiring, performance, and career growth for technology associates
• Cultivate relationships with business, product, and technology partners for roadmap support
• Conduct technology research to shape long-term strategy in health tech

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall Software Development experience utilizing Agile methodologies
• 5+ years of experience in development of microservices using Python and Java (Spring Boot)
• 5+ years of experience in containerization tools such as Kubernetes and Docker
• 3+ years of experience in cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• 1+ years of experience using Agentic AI frameworks and generative AI based web-services and tools

Pay

$144,200 – $288,400 annually
