Lead DC

Duties and Responsibilities

• Schedules pick-up
• Trains and coaches employees
• Maintains performance and production goals
• Corrects errors and escalates issues
• Creates BOLs and bills orders
• Performs computer related tasks and runs reports
• Ensures adherence to processes and policies
• Identifies and corrects production issues
• Oversees and assists with material staging, transfer, relocation transactions

Physical Demands

• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling of tools and boxes
• Driving motorized equipment for long periods of time
• Able to work in various temperature conditions
• Operates motorized forklift

Education and Experience Requirements

• Education equivalent to four years of high school
• 2-3 Years General Labor Experience
• 2 years Lead experience preferred
