Lead Custodian - Bilingual (Multiple Schedules Available)

About the role

The Lead Custodian position is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in multiple buildings. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
• Perform janitorial tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of cleaning supplies
• Report any maintenance issues to management

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of custodial experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
