Lead Custodian - Bilingual (Experience required)

About the role

The Lead Custodian position at our facility requires bilingual skills in English and Spanish. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in all areas of the facility
• Perform janitorial tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of cleaning supplies
• Respond to emergency situations as needed

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in custodial work
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform physical labor

Skills

• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies

Schedule
