Lead Custodian - Bilingual (Multiple Schedules Available)

About the role

The Lead Custodian position is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in multiple buildings. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained
• Respond to emergencies and assist with special projects as needed
• Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of custodial experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
