Lead Counsel

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on corporate real estate matters including leasing, acquisitions, and operations
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and documentation
• Lead and manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence and closings
• Serve as a legal advisor aligning strategy with portfolio optimization initiatives
• Negotiate with landlords, tenants, and regulatory bodies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior-level experience in commercial real estate law
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex real estate agreements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound legal judgment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative and strategic mindset with high integrity
• Experience managing outside counsel and legal budgets
