Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to support rapid deal cycles
  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts and related legal documents
  • Provide dedicated legal support for the company’s StackAI business, addressing complex legal challenges
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams, offering timely legal guidance
  • Lead commercial legal integration for newly acquired assets and technologies
  • Develop scalable legal best practices and resources to enhance deal processes
  • Stay updated on relevant global laws and regulatory changes affecting the business

Qualifications

  • J.D. degree from an accredited institution with active bar membership
  • 6+ years of in-house legal experience in a technology environment, focusing on sales and complex agreements
  • Strong familiarity with post-acquisition commercial legal integration processes
  • Prominent collaboration across functions, particularly with Sales, Finance, and Security teams
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and excellent legal and business judgment
