Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to support rapid deal cycles
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts and related legal documents
- Provide dedicated legal support for the company’s StackAI business, addressing complex legal challenges
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams, offering timely legal guidance
- Lead commercial legal integration for newly acquired assets and technologies
- Develop scalable legal best practices and resources to enhance deal processes
- Stay updated on relevant global laws and regulatory changes affecting the business
Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an accredited institution with active bar membership
- 6+ years of in-house legal experience in a technology environment, focusing on sales and complex agreements
- Strong familiarity with post-acquisition commercial legal integration processes
- Prominent collaboration across functions, particularly with Sales, Finance, and Security teams
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and excellent legal and business judgment
