Anticipated hourly range: $23.80 - $30.30 based on experience (includes shift differential). Pay is determined by multiple factors including geographical location, relevant education, experience, skills, and internal pay equity.

Schedule
Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (or until task is complete). This is an on-site position (5 days per week).
About the Role
Learning Development and Delivery contributes to Cardinal Health by developing, deploying, and evaluating learning solutions to support employee development and build organizational capability in alignment with business strategies. This role delivers training materials, manages training processes, and coordinates schedules to maximize learning value for employees.
The Consumer Health Logistics Center (CHLC) in Groveport, Ohio, is Cardinal Health’s newest Pharmaceutical Supply Chain operation, featuring advanced automation technology. The facility spans approximately 350,000 square feet and handles picking, packing, and shipping consumer products.
Responsibilities
- Delivers learning programs and activities using materials provided by the Learning Center of Excellence (COE).
- Provides training on programs including New Employee Orientation, Pharmaceutical Distribution, Department skills training (e.g., inbound, outbound, inventory), Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S), and Quality Regulatory Assurance (QRA).
- Serves as the primary training contact for employees at the business site for training and cross-training requests, site-related questions, and issues.
- Learns and trains on all warehouse functions.
- Administers equipment certifications to employees after completing material-handling equipment (Powered Industrial Trucks, PIT) training.
- Prepares for new hire classes, including securing classroom space, materials, and communicating first-day expectations.
- Delivers ongoing training for tools and systems as updates are made.
- Provides immediate feedback to the Learning COE regarding gaps in programming or functionality issues.
- Logs training completions in the Learning Management System (mySpark) and follows up with site managers on employee training issues.
- Coordinates with site leadership to assess new hires' readiness to perform jobs independently.
- Provides site champion support for new training technology, such as Birdy.
- Collaborates with the Learning COE on training improvements and program enhancements.
- Acts as a subject matter expert to assist the Learning COE in developing new materials.
- Assists in developing and educating subject matter experts and other Peer Trainers.
- Attends Train the Trainer Sessions and completes “teach back” sessions.
- Receives and acts upon coaching and feedback from leadership and the Learning COE.
- Attends professional development opportunities and participates in the Learning Community of Practice monthly calls.
- Serves as an authorized I-9 representative, facilitating I-9 paperwork completion for new hires.
- Champions innovation, simplification, and standardization of current solutions, procedures, and processes.
- Performs general warehouse duties when not training, based on business needs.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfort working at heights of 20-30 feet regularly.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
- Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
- High School Diploma, GED, or technical certification in a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility in schedule based on training needs.
- Experience working with technologies such as computers, barcode scanners, or point-of-sale systems preferred.
- Basic proficiency in English, including reading and writing, to process documents.
