Responsibilities
- Operate multi-line telephone systems and various office equipment.
- Use law enforcement / two-way radio equipment to dispatch calls.
- Monitor fire alarm systems.
- Supervise communications operations in a medical facility.
- Perform data entry using Microsoft Office programs and online systems.
Requirements
- Experience working in a medical facility.
- Experience with supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs, online and computer data entry.
- Certification via Telecommunication School at the Hampton Roads Criminal Justice Academy.
Additional Considerations
- Prior experience using law enforcement / two-way radio equipment is preferred.
- Familiarity with fire alarm system monitoring is beneficial.
