Lead Collaboration Services Engineer

For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Lead Collaboration Services Engineer to support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage Microsoft 365 tenants and Azure identity systems
• Design and manage AI productivity platforms like Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini Enterprise
• Lead complex integration engineering efforts and incident resolution
• Collaborate with InfoSec on security posture and compliance initiatives
• Mentor engineers and drive enterprise-grade solution delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of enterprise IT experience
• 5+ years in Microsoft 365 and Azure administration at a global level
• Strong Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g., M365 Certified: Enterprise Admin Expert)
• Google Cloud certifications preferred (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect)

Pay

$128,800 – $193,200 annually
