Lead Caregiver
Responsibilities
- Aid with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
- Engage in conversation and provide emotional support through recreational activities.
- Perform household tasks including meal preparation and tidying up.
- Train new caregivers and model professionalism and reliability.
- Be available for on-call coverage and respond to urgent staffing needs, call-offs, or client concerns.
- Cookordination with families and staff.
Qualifications
- Caring and compassionate, enjoying helping others.
- Willingness to learn new skills to best assist clients.
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, nursing assistance.
- Highly Desired: Applicants with CNA, PCA, RN, LPN, LVN, HHA Certification.
Pay & Benefits
$16/hr after 90 days, promotion will be given.
