About the role
The Lead Care Pro will perform all duties outlined in the standard caregiver role and take on additional responsibilities to support team operations.
Responsibilities
- Cover open shifts and call-offs during scheduled work hours
- Support caregiver engagement and training:
- Mentor new caregivers
- Aid in skill development
- Provide feedback and support
- Introduce caregivers to clients and ensure proper onboarding
- Communicate with the office and care team regarding:
- Changes in client condition
- Feedback on caregivers
Requirements
- Current resume (required to be considered)
- Active CNA or HCA license
- Prior caregiving experience
- Leadership or Training Experience - Preferred
- Valid Washington State driver’s license
- Auto insurance, reliable transportation, and clean driving record (required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience
- Active HCA or CNA/NAC certification
