About the role
The Lead Care Pro will perform all duties outlined in the standard caregiver role and take on additional responsibilities to support team operations. These added responsibilities may include:
- Caregiver engagement activities
- Training and mentorship
- Handling caregiver and client inquiries
- Supporting overall client care
Primary Responsibilities
- Cover open shifts and call-offs during scheduled work hours
- Support caregiver engagement and training:
- Mentor new caregivers
- Aid in skill development
- Provide feedback and support
- Introduce caregivers to clients and ensure proper onboarding
- Communicate with the office and care team regarding:
- Changes in client condition
- Feedback on caregivers
Requirements
- Current resume (required to be considered)
- Active CNA or HCA license
- Prior caregiving experience
- Leadership or Training Experience - Preferred
- Valid Washington State driver’s license
- Auto insurance, reliable transportation, and clean driving record (required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $25–$27/hour (depending on experience)
- Guaranteed 40-hour work week
