Lead Caregiver

What You’ll Do

• Conducting start-of-care visits and settling new clients into services
• Providing initial care, building rapport, and establishing care routines
• Completing client introductions and training incoming caregivers on care plans
• Offering fill-in support for urgent or last-minute shifts
• Communicating observations to office staff to ensure continuity and quality
• Serving clients with personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, errands, and companionship
• Serving as a professional role model for our caregiver team

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-time caregiving experience
• Held Home Care Aide (HCA) registration for at least 3 years
• Confident, kind-hearted, and committed to making a difference
• Passed criminal background check, drug screening, and TB testing
• Reliable transportation (car, driver’s license, insurance)
• Available for a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule
• Comfortable supporting both new and existing clients
• Skilled in personal care, communication, and client rapport building
