Lead Business Analyst

Vision & Strategy Ownership

Define and articulate the strategic vision and comprehensive roadmap for large scale systems ensuring alignment with overall business strategy, regulatory requirements and future state architecture.

Requirements development

• Development of high level requirement documents as well as detailed user stories understandable by developers, testers, and other stakeholders within the SDLC pipeline.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate details and understand bigger picture interaction.
• Able to explain project scope to different levels of seniority.
• Able to dive into technical details and understand how dependencies will interact.

Project leadership

Drive the successful execution of projects in the US, planning and design through to deployment and post implementation support.

Risk & Issue Management

• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective resolution strategies to keep projects on track.

Methodology and Adherence

Ensure strict adherence to chosen project methodologies (Agile, waterfall) and best practices for software development and delivery. Understand the Citi SDLC.

Performance Reporting

Provide regular, detailed status updates and performance reports to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting progress and challenges.

Project delivery and management

Work hand in hand with the delivery lead, in day-to-day activities ensuring on time and in compliance with consent order requirements.

Cross functional co-ordination

Orchestrate collaboration between development, testing, infrastructure, and business teams to achieve integrated project outcomes.

Process optimization

Implement and refine project delivery processes and tools to enhance efficiency, predictability, and quality of modernization efforts.

Stakeholder communication

Maintain transparent and proactive communication with all project stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering strong working relationships.

Pay

Salary Range: $100,000 to $115,000 per year
