Lead Boat Instructor - Houseboats - Powell - Wahweap Rentals and Storage

About the role

As a Marina Services Worker, you will ensure guest satisfaction at the marina by navigating vessels, assisting guests with boat operations, maintaining dock areas, cleaning and restocking vessels, and providing general customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain docks and public areas to ensure safety and satisfaction of guests and marina staff.
• Ensure customers understand boating safety, vessel operation, and assist with docking and piloting of boats.
• Clean interior and exterior of vessels to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
• Restock, refuel, maintain, and prepare vessels for guests.
• Assist customers with transporting luggage when needed.
• Greet customers, address inquiries or concerns, and anticipate customer needs.
• Provide excellent service and maintain a positive demeanor toward guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Adapt to changing job duties as needed to meet commitments; additional tasks may be assigned without formal notice.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a marina preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Physical Demands

• May require lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.
• May require wearing uniforms and/or using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
