About the role

Marina Services Worker Lead supervises Marina operations, Boat Rentals and/or Fuel dock operations, supporting and training the Marina Services Workers and Cashiers. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage Marina Services Workers and Cashiers.
• Serve as concierge resource to all guests.
• Perform Marina Services Worker duties as needed.
• Coordinate all Marina, Boat Rentals, or Fuel Dock activities and tasks.
• Perform maintenance on fuel systems and docks.
• Complete monthly safety inspections, electrical readings, and file incident and injury reports.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive demeanor toward guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a marina preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 50 lbs.
• Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.
• May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
