About the role

This working lead oversees the locating of incoming warehouse inventory and the timely and accurate delivery of stock to the requesting departments while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Makes specific job assignments in accordance with scheduling requirements.
  • Checks all incoming jobs to be processed to determine that all information and material is available.
  • Directly supervises all inbound and outbound jobs to ensure instructions are carried out in a timely fashion.
  • Ensures product is labeled and packaged in accordance to Imagine! Print Solutions specifications.
  • Receive and locate product physically and electronically as needed.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy in all transactions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal customer inquiries.
  • Continually evaluates space utilization and suggests methods for improving layout.
  • Leads the relocation of equipment and product as required.
  • Continually strive to learn and improve all processes.
  • Report to supervisor if performance issues occur regarding employees.
  • Follow all safety rules/regulations, company procedures and policies.
  • Assures that all work areas are kept clean, neat, and orderly.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years manufacturing or warehouse experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Three plus years’ experience as a lead.
  • Five plus years’ experience in Receiving/Warehouse environment.

Skills

  • Strong problem solving, decision-making and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to provide work direction and/or training to employees.
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to work with department employees, CSRs (Corporate Social Responsibility), and management when necessary.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to operate lift trucks safely and efficiently.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping.
  • Manual dexterity for repetitive work.
  • Frequent walking and standing.

Pay

The national pay range for this role is $24 - $27/hr. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm.
