Working directly with the Aquatics Leaders to plan/conduct monthly in-service meetings and on-going training for the instructor team
Speaking to parents/customers about their children’s progress

Current lifeguard certification required. If not currently certified, must be willing to become certified before starting this position.
Outgoing, contagious personality
Experience with swimming all 4 swim strokes and an understanding of proper technique and mechanics
Willing to learn and able to follow franchise brand standards and guidelines

Location: LA Fitness Langham Creek - 17800 FM 529 Houston, TX 77095
Hours: Weekdays and weekends, late afternoons and early evenings. Primary shifts: Tuesday and Thursday 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday 9:45 am - 3:00 pm, Sunday 8:30 am - 2:00 pm, weekly zoom meetings with leadership team outside of these hours. Weekend availability required.
LA Fitness Cypress - 12304 Barker Cypress Rd, Cypress, TX 77429
Hours: Weekdays and weekends, late afternoons and early evenings. Primary shifts: Monday and Wednesday 3:00 pm - 8:30 pm, Saturday 9:45 am - 3:00 pm, Sunday 8:30 am - 2:00 pm, weekly zoom meetings with leadership team outside of these hours. Weekend availability required.

Part-time position
