About the Role
Gracent Pediatric Therapies offers a fellowship model designed to provide built-in supervision opportunities, unrestricted activities, leadership practice, study support, and interdisciplinary collaboration to help you meet and exceed BACB requirements. The program boasts a 90% first-attempt pass rate.
There are two tracks available:
- Assistant Clinical Coordinator (ACC): For students working toward 1,000 fieldwork hours
- Lead Assistant Clinical Coordinator (LACC): For students with 1,000+ total fieldwork hours (any type), ready for more responsibility
Why Gracent
- Built-In Experiences, Not Box-Checking: Intakes, discharges, and unrestricted activities are systematically provided as part of your role—every requirement is covered, and every experience is intentional.
- Beyond the Minimum: You'll practice leadership, collaborate across disciplines, and develop clinical judgment that sets you apart the day you become a BCBA.
- A Clear Path Forward: ACC → LACC → BCBA. Your next role is already waiting—you don't need to leave to level up.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You'll learn side by side with ABA, OT, and speech, so you become the kind of BCBA who sees the whole child.
- Family Impact You'll Feel: You get to be the reason a parent finally exhales. Our kids don't know you're logging hours—they just know they're thriving.
